Collection

Our dedicated professional collection team collect your documents using our purpose built infrastructure: most docuemnts are placed into a security cage, bin or box where they are locked and thus safe guarded whilst in transit, with the customer receoveing a replacemrent cage in return.

Prepping

Scanning 

Service Bureau professionals make each page ready for scanning by removing staples, paperclips, eliminating duplicate forms, aligning edges, removing envelopes and sizing smaller pages for readability. Every page of the file is prepped prior to the scanning process.

We use state of the art scanning software to capture each image and create the readable, useable electronic document. Our scanning software is the most powerful, complete and full-featured document capture and indexing system on the market. It ensures the highest quality of each document with image cleanup capabilities.

Indexing

Indexing verifies the number of documents in a file and places them in a simple hierarchy to create an electronic "file cabinet for your records. We bring order to your document hierarchy where there may have been none. Our quality assurance process verifies that captured data has been scanned and indexed properly while guaranteeing the quality of scanned images. This assures an easily searchable, secure electronic document for future retrieval and use.

Exporting 

Your records are exported to ImageSilo®, your own EDM system or DVD. Records are now easily searchable and retrievable at all times to improve the performance of your business.

Service at your Doorstep

Better Control | Online Portal

We try to make document management easy for you by offering efficient storage solutions. Next-day, half-day and emergency document retrieval services are available. When you need some or all of your records back, it’s simple, quick and online.

Our customer web portal provides access to everything you need. You can use it to label, describe, search, locate and request a retrieval. You have full control and access whenever you want it through which you can easily access any of data whether this is important business or legal documentation.
